Wine Faults. We will be gaining knowledge on how wine can go bad, what the results are and how to identify them. The AWS Fault Educator for year 2 students, Barry St. Pierre will be presenting.
Cost:
We will have good wine to go along with the bad. There are 18 spaces available for this event. We will try to keep the price around $20 per person. As always, try to bring a few extra $1 bills in case we have last minute cancellations.
Appetizers:
Please bring hors-d’oeuvres to share.
